Our mission is to promote the benefits of a meat-based diet as a counter to the anti-meat rhetoric thatβs pushing modern humans in the wrong direction. We gain ground by introducing more people to this results-driven way of life.

I donβt know about you, but this is practically earth-shattering news for me. This could explain how strict carnivores survive and seem to thrive. Evolutionarily speaking, this makes sense. We might have needed to go a whole winter without vegetables, and winter can be most of the year, depending on where you live.
The first study I will share discovered a new antioxidant, and the second study discovered the more familiar antioxidants in meat, but with levels varying based on the animal's diet.
Study #1: AΒ research teamΒ was the first to discover 2-oxo-imidazole-containing dipeptides (2-oxo-IDPs) in meat earlier this year. The researchers also found that they have remarkably high antioxidant activity.Β They revealed for the first time that beef, pork, chicken, and other meats contain antioxidants, not only IDPs but a variety of different 2-oxo-IDPs.
Imidazole dipeptides (IDPs), abundant in meat and fish, are substances produced in the bodies of various animals, including humans, and have been reported to be effective in relieving fatigue and preventing dementia. Their findings were published inΒ Antioxidants.
Study #2: From past studies, there was some evidence that grass-fed, grass-finished meat had additional nutritional benefits. Another study shows that grass-fed, grass-finished meat has a broad spectrum of nutritional benefits.
Regardless of rearing practices, meat and milk provide many essential nutrients, including bioavailable protein, zinc, iron, selenium, calcium, and/or B12. Emerging data indicate that when livestock eat a diverse array of plants on pasture, additional health-promoting phytonutrientsβterpenoids, phenols, carotenoids, and antioxidantsβbecome concentrated in their meat and milk. Several phytochemicals found in grass-fed meat and milk are in quantities comparable to those found in plant foods known to have anti-inflammatory, anti-carcinogenic, and cardioprotective effects.
As meat and milk are often not considered sources of phytochemicals, their presence has mainly remained underappreciated in discussions of nutritional differences between feedlot-fed (grain-fed) and pasture-finished (grass-fed) meat and dairy, which have predominantly centered around the Ο-3 fatty acids and conjugated linoleic acid.
Grazing livestock on diverse plant-species pastures concentrates a broader variety and higher amounts of phytochemicals in meat and milk than grazing on monoculture pastures. In contrast, phytochemicals are further reduced or absent in the meat and milk of grain-fed animals.
The co-evolution of plants and herbivores has led to plants/crops being more productive when grazed by agroecological principles. The increased phytochemical richness of productive vegetation has the potential to improve the health of animals and upscale these nutrients to also benefit human health.
Several studies have found increased antioxidant activity in the meat and milk of grass-fed vs. grain-fed animals. Only a handful of studies have investigated the effects of grass-fed meat and dairy consumption on human health, showing potential for anti-inflammatory effects and improved lipoprotein profiles.

π§ Red Meat and Cheese Are Unlikely to Lower Life Expectancy, According to a New Study: Doctors have long warned of the dangers of red meat and dairy products as key players in the development of cardiovascular disease and other heart and blood problems. But a new study assessing diets from every corner of the globe may cast doubt on that long-held connection. The worst diets, the researchers found, were those with the smallest amount of saturated fat intake.
ππ½ Several new studies highlight the most effect way to enhance fat loss with age.Β Most weight loss approaches are unsuccessful long-term because traditionalΒ dieting leads to loss of fat as well as loss of muscle mass and bone. Scientists at Baylor College of Medicine share their recently published, and successful studies, aimed at preserving muscle during dieting for weight loss in adults.Β

Good things take time.
Your best returns come from your longest investments.
This is a law.
It applies to relationships, business, and investments.

A $1 billionaire at 56.
And today, at 92 years old, he is worth $117 billion.
As his partner Charline Munger says, βNo one wants to get rich slowly,β when asked why people donβt follow a similar simple investing strategy.
Now compare how much fun you have hanging out with your childhood and high school friends compared to random people at the bar Friday night.
Compared to short-term acquaintances that you βknow,β long-term relationships arenβt even in the same realm.
Itβs like comparing apples to oranges.
Iβve been working for myself for over 17 years. Bootstrapping the entire way.
And at 38, I feel like Iβm just getting started.
Itβs exhausting at times, of course, but so is life.
Think and act long-term. Everything you value flows from it.
π» US Debt
After the US raised its debt ceiling, the US debt has grown by over a trillion dollars in less than 30 days.
Most people have no clue about any of this or why it matters. They donβt understand inflation, money, economics, governments, or any of it.
And thatβs why it will mainly continue until the entire thing collapses.
Who is going to pay when that happens?
Citizens.
Itβll be one more failed experiment in human history, and billions will suffer while those pulling the strings will escape out the back door with piles of wealth.
